Loading Slip Management

The Loading Slip module in BSTD enables logistics teams to generate clear and structured documents to track cargo loaded onto vehicles. It includes shipment origin, destination, vehicle details, and goods summaries to assist loading teams, drivers, and dispatchers.

Loading slips are fully printable, mobile-optimized, and linked with customer records for easy access.

Loading Slip Creation

Each slip is created through a structured form with the following fields:

• Slip Info: Slip number, date, and branch name
• Customer & Party: Party name, phone, address, GST
• Vehicle Details: Truck number, driver name, route info, from & to location
• Goods Details: Description of goods, total weight, number of packages, and remarks
• LR Linking: Option to associate the slip with an LR number

Slips are auto-saved and linked to the customer’s history. Optional signature and branding elements like header and watermark are auto-applied.

Loading Slip List

The list view displays all generated loading slips and offers:

• Search and filter by slip number, date, party name, vehicle, or location
• Display of shipment summary at a glance
• Customer name and phone for immediate reference

All entries are displayed with their created date, linked LR number (if any), and quick-access actions.
