Terms & Conditions for BSTD Software

By accessing or using BSTD Software (available via Web, Android, or iOS applications), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Software Usage

  • You are authorized to use BSTD Software solely for managing your logistics documents for internal business purposes.
  • It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with unauthorized individuals or entities.
  • Any use of the software for illegal activities or in a manner that violates these terms is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, in the BSTD Software, its templates, UI components, and design elements, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Thugo Digital.
  • Unauthorized redistribution, resale, replication, or modification of any part of the software or its components without the express written permission of Thugo Digital is strictly prohibited.

3. Security & Limitation of Liability

  • While BSTD Software employs robust security practices to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. Therefore, Thugo Digital is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access that may occur due to user misuse, negligence, or unforeseen security breaches.
  • We strongly advise users to regularly download and back up their critical documents and data stored within the BSTD platform to an external secure location.
  • BSTD Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Changes & Termination

  • Thugo Digital reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any features or services offered by BSTD Software at any time without prior notice.
  • Your continued use of the platform after any such updates or changes implies your unconditional agreement to the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of BSTD Software will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
